Dear reader,

“ I realized from an early age that there was no place where I could express myself and learn about ways to cope with anger, stress, and anxiety. I longed for a place where I could be free, learn life skills, create friendships and connection. To understand life outside the regular school format.

I wanted to have a space where I could connect with my world, with nature and with myself. Creating Self Sacred gives that opportunity to others. With Self Sacred I can offer growing children and little ones new doors to explore themselves, and the world. With Self Sacred I can help create healthy minds that can express freely and openly.

Self Sacred can give the opportunity for children to learn about who they are in the world. Parents can learn coping skills to everyday problems such as anxiety, everyday stress, life lessons, and more for their children, family and even themselves. With classes that stretch and diversify from kindness and community to Botany and Chakras.

I deeply thank you for stopping by the site and I hope to see you all in class.”
